Where do you build?
Across the Austin–San Antonio corridor and out toward Houston — in our communities (Heritage Woods, Vintage Oaks, Copper Ridge, Mesquite Meadows, Medina Trails and Maroon Meadows) and on land you already own. Interested in a certain area? Reach out and ask.
Can you build on my land?
Yes. Our Build On Your Lot program starts with a free site evaluation so you know what your land needs before you commit.
I don't have land yet. Can you help?
Yes. We'll help you find a homesite, and our LAND Program can buy the lot and carry the construction — no construction loan, no payments while we build.
Can I change a plan or go fully custom?
Yes. Every Wild Oak plan can be modified, and we can pull from a larger plan library or design something fully custom.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Our lending team works with Lendplicity Mortgage on purchases, build-on-your-lot and construction financing.
