Once you choose the property, we put together a fixed-price proposal covering the land, the home, and everything in between. If you move forward, we purchase the land and finance construction ourselves — no construction loan on your end.
Acquire
We source land through MLS, like anyone can do, bur our real skill is in finding off-market channels most buyers never see. Then we evaluate every property with a developer's eye — terrain, utilities, restrictions, hidden costs — so you know exactly what you're buying before you commit.
Deliver
We build your home tailored to fit you and your property. When it's complete, you buy the finished home with a traditional mortgage and move in. One team, one price, one transaction at the end.
