Every home is heated and cooled with an energy-efficient heat pump and includes a dedicated fresh-air intake. Well-sealed homes need a steady supply of fresh air — the intake brings in outdoor air to dilute cooking odors, excess moisture, and indoor pollutants, so your home feels fresher and healthier every day.

Built safe and built dry.
The details that protect your family and your investment are standard, not upgrades. Fire-rated drywall separates the garage from your living space, and moisture-resistant tile backer goes behind tile in showers and wet areas to help prevent hidden water damage.

We always use double-pane, Low-E windows. The Low-E coating reflects the Texas sun's heat while still letting in natural light — helping keep rooms cooler, reducing fading of floors and furniture, and lowering your energy bills.

We're a fixed-price builder. Your price is locked in your construction agreement before we break ground, and it only changes if you choose to make a change — priced and approved by you in writing first.
