Wild Oak Homes is a Maverick-approved builder. During your warranty period, we stand behind the quality of our construction, and Maverick provides an added layer of protection. Coverage follows the Warranty Performance Standards outlined in your warranty documents.

Surety-style coverage backing our builder warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Covered items that don't meet the Construction Performance Standards in year one are repaired, replaced, or reimbursed.
