Do you only build in Vintage Oaks and Copper Ridge?
No. Those are the two communities where we have homes and plans underway right now, but we build on lots all over New Braunfels and the surrounding Hill Country — in-town neighborhoods, master-planned communities and acreage out toward Canyon Lake, Bulverde and Spring Branch.
Can you build in River Chase or my neighborhood?
Very likely. We regularly build in neighborhoods with HOA design guidelines, and we handle the architectural review submittal for you. Some communities only allow approved builders, so send us your lot or neighborhood and we’ll confirm before you spend a dime.
Do I need to own a lot before I talk to you?
No. Tell us what you want — acreage, views, trees, budget — and we’ll show you homesites that fit, including off-market lots in Vintage Oaks that never make it to the MLS. We make sure your plan fits before you buy.
Can you build on land I already own near New Braunfels?
Yes. Start with a free site evaluation. We’ll look at utilities, septic, drainage, the driveway and clearing, then give you one fixed price for the home and the site work.
How big are the homesites?
Vintage Oaks homesites run from about 1 to 14 acres, and Copper Ridge homesites are about 1 to 3 acres. Lot availability changes often, so ask us what’s open right now.
Which floor plans can I build?
Almost anything. Start with one of our Wild Oak plans — the Caldwell, San Jacinto, Comal, Medina and Bowie are popular for New Braunfels homesites — choose from hundreds of other plans in our library, bring plans from your own architect, or design a fully custom home from scratch with our team.
Can you buy the land and build the home for me?
Yes. Through our LAND Program, we find and buy the lot and fund construction, so there’s no construction loan and no payments while we build.
What warranty comes with a Wild Oak home?
Every Wild Oak home comes with a third-party, insurance-backed 1-2-10 warranty from Maverick: 1 year workmanship, 2 years systems and 10 years structural.
Community amenities are owned and operated by each community, not Wild Oak Homes, and may change. Lot availability changes often. Buyers should verify all details with Wild Oak Homes before purchasing.
